Human Point of View: Thawing the Meat
As you can see, it’s really helpful to have a slop sink to thaw meat. Here in Satchel’s Kosher Kitchen you can see two two-pound chubs of meat and one container of ground veggies ready to be eaten.
Always wearing the purple gloves of happiness, I cut the chub in half, then empty each serving into a bowl. Anything that is left over gets stored in a spare bowl, covered in a plastic bag and put in the human fridge.

I used to cover Trey’s meat bowl with a clear plastic bag, but then I always hated seeing it in the fridge. I switched to GAP bags and they work perfectly at hiding the raw meat.
