I'd like to point out that a lot of Moe's customers (or buyers as Moe calls them) really like having sides of organ meats to add to their meals. I've heard customers say that their dogs coat has gotten softer/thicker/cleaner/no dandruff with the addition of the organ meats. Cheers! Meat Woman here.
