For my next Classic Combo, I thought I’d return to the place where it all begins…the heart. Beef heart. And while I previously referenced beef heart in Classic Combo post #1, I wanted to come back to it and glorify its wonderful orange label (I’m really into labels right now and so is Meat Woman. It’s kinda awesome).
Anyway, many years ago, Meat Woman’s brother, AKA Meat Uncle, spent about 27 days working on a color wheel. I then spent 27 seconds looking at his color wheel and determined that orange and blue are somehow related. Now I know what you’re thinking: Dogs can’t see color. To which I say, Psshaw.
Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: Dogs also CAN’T RUN MEAT BUSINESSES! To which I say, HAH!
(Where was I?)
Oh yeah, the lovely combo of chicken and beef heart and beef and heart. What’s not to love? It’s steady. It’s consistent. It’s a solid meal. And when you add corresponding colors to your belly, your sweet meat dreams gain a delicious palate.
That is all.
